Our Goal

Our goal of setting up this website is to allow more people to be aware that upgrading from HDB to a private EC or condo may not be that far of a dream.

Through proper financial assessment and detailed planning, most Singaporeans do actually have the ability to upgrade with minimal stress on their finances.

Of course, everyone’s commitments & risk tolerance is different so even if you decide to remain status quo after our meetup, it’s totally fine! At least you’ve finally taken a step forward towards realizing your dream.
